1. Appointment Policy:

   • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

3. Child Supervision:

   • Parents or guardians are required to accompany children under the age of 12 during their appointments.

5. Gift Cards and Vouchers:

   • Gift cards and vouchers are available for purchase and redemption for salon and spa services.
   • Lost or stolen gift cards/vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
   • Gift cards/vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
